helm-core.el : helmはhelm-coreとhelmの2パッケージに分裂しました

大人気インクリメンタル絞り込み検索フレームワークhelm(カテゴリ) は、
昨日のコミットにより2つのパッケージに分裂しました。

• helm-core - helmフレームワークの中核
  
• helm - helmにバンドルされているhelmコマンド群
  

helm-coreは以下のファイルで構成されています。

• helm.el - 本体
  
• helm-source.el - 情報源を定義するためのクラス
  
• helm-match-plugin.el - 絞り込み検索プラグイン
  
• helm-lib.el - helmコマンドを定義するときに使える便利な関数・マクロ
  

これにより、新しいhelmコマンドをパッケージ化するときに、
helm-coreパッケージに依存するように設定できます。

従来のようにhelmパッケージに依存させた場合でも、
helm-coreパッケージを見てくれるので動作上問題はありません。
